The recruitment activity decreased significantly in the past two years due to the economic restrictions enforced by the various lockdown levels, initial Level 5 Lockdown in March 2020, recruitment activity decreased by 44%. Fast forward two years and it’s a relief to see that recruitment activity is finally starting to reach and surpass the pre-pandemic levels. There is also an evident significant growth in candidates searching and applying for jobs in sectors discussed in the report.
