Become a trainer and/or increase the breadth of your inputs. This intensive course will equip attendees with the knowledge and practical knowhow to design and deliver cross-cultural training inputs. This course will appeal to people already working inside companies/organisations and those individuals looking to supply this service to companies, organisations, groups or individuals. Feedback from previous courses 'This qualification will open up doors. The content has given me the confidence to knock on those doors and propose a course with confidence.’ ‘It has opened new opportunities for my career.’ ‘This has given me a lot of confidence and a new ‘string to my bow.’ Thank you. I enjoyed it enormously.’ ‘It has given me an insight into the practicalities of designing a programme.’ ‘New marketing ideas and approaches; teaching materials ready to use.’ 'It will help me design a course for the company I’m working for.' There will be a consideration of theory, but the emphasis will be upon the practicalities of designing and delivering cross-cultural training. Some examples of training course people deliver: Inter-Cultural Awareness; Working in Multinational Teams; Managing Across Cultures; Engaging with specific countries/nationalities e.g. UK, Brazil, China, India, Saudi Arabia etc. Learn with a leading practitioner! The course is delivered by Barry Tomalin. He is a world recognised consultant, writer, seminar leader and public speaker, who specialises in international business culture, communication and cross-cultural interaction. Barry has worked in over 60 countries worldwide and draws upon a wealth of expertise and commercial insight to help companies drive up their performance.
