Bursaries open for application, for the 2024 academic year

As the opening of the 2024 academic year approaches, many prospective tertiary students find themselves without the means to afford their studies. As the last Nelson Mandela once said, “education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world”, but how does one afford to educate themselves with the high price of university fees? The answer is, bursaries!

Bursaries are awarded based on academic merit (to students who perform exceptionally well), or based on financial need (from a disadvantaged background). Most bursaries cover all study related expenses, including tuition fees; textbooks; accommodation; meals and a living allowance.
