Boardroom to Bedside: Creating a Culture for Caregivers – a Culture interest event taking place on 2019-11-05 17:00:00 in United States
Please join us on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at 5:00-8:30 PM for our chapter’s Annual Meeting. This year’s annual event will focus on clinical and non-clinical leaders coming together to learn how to create a culture of support for caregivers. Throughout the evening, you can expect to hear from industry leaders on building culture, who will guide you through what has worked at their organization, as well as provide you with an opportunity to apply some of what you learn through card-writing to your team members. Cards provided will focus on empathy, quality, teamwork, and heroism. Awards that will be given at this year’s annual event include ACHE’s Regent Awards and awards for caregivers that you nominate for demonstrating empathy, quality, teamwork or heroism. Winning caregivers and their nominators will receive a free event registration, dinner, and award. The nomination form will be sent out via email to our entire chapter. If you would like to nominate a caregiver, please complete the nomination form and email it to jameschouser51@gmail.com. The healthcare nominee may serve in any clinical or non-clinical role. Our program will be held at Lockkeeper's. Registration opens at 5:00 pm with networking and cocktails. Programming will begin at 5:45 pm and dinner will be provided.
