A CHARD man who caused people to fear for their safety when he went on a drunken spree around a residential area, swearing, making threats and taking the house keys from one of the victims has appeared in court. Tristan Julian Jackson-Smyth had been drinking heavily when he started hammering on the window of an address in Holyrood Street where children were inside, causing it to break.
