Beginners Brush Lettering Workshop – a Africa interest event taking place on 2018-03-24 10:45:00 in United States
Join Atiliay at Soul Project to try your hand at brush lettering! There are two sessions available. This is for the 10:45AM class (1-230PM session also available in a sepatate event listing). This class is for beginners and is perfect if you’ve been curious about modern calligraphy but not sure where to start or just want to get your feet wet! Please see below for more details and view photos from past workshops at #atiliayworkshops. For any questions, please email Olivia at hello@atiliay.com. In this class you will learn how to use a brush pen, how to create basic strokes, and how to write the upper and lower case alphabet. You will receive one-on-one guidance as well as a starter kit that includes a workbook, worksheets, brush pen, pencil, and paper. No experience is necessary–this workshop is designed for beginners. Just bring yourself–and a friend! Space is limited to 10 attendees to ensure personal instruction throughout the class. Letter For A Cause: A portion of proceeds from each ticket will be used to provide 10 meals for children at The Ebongalethu Educare Center Preschool & Nursery that Atiliay sponsors in Motherwell, South Africa. Due to the personalized nature of this workshop, there are no refunds. However, you can transfer your ticket to a future event or another person. Please contact Olivia to arrange.
