Attorney General Luther Strange supports reaffirmation of judge’s transgender bathroom ruling:
A Texas federal judge re-affirmed a ruling he made to bar an order involving transgender bathrooms sent out by the Obama administration earlier this year. The order allowed transgender people to use the bathroom that correlates to the gender they identify with when using the restroom in public schools, federal agencies, municipalities and that of private owners.
