Exactly As Described, February 25, 2014

This phone was exactly what the description said it was. I was a little hesitant, since it was somewhat of a risk, but it was unlocked, gently used, and functioning perfectly. I’m very happy with my purchase.

The USB-outlet converter plug didn’t work, but that was easily replaceable, so not an issue whatsoever.

I ordered it with standard shipping & I had it within a week. Very very happy with my purchase, thank you!

This phone was not worth the money. It was damaged. I contacted the seller but he denied it being damaged. I took the phone to an iPhone Apple store but they were unable to fix it because they stated that it was bent on the inside. The power button didn’t work either. Waste of money.

A Locked Phone in place of an Unlocked, May 6, 2014

I am so disappointed with this phone. Since I have been buying from Amazon, I have never been so embarrassed as am with the purchase of this IPhone 5. I paid for an unlocked phone but instead, I was given a locked phone. I travelled to my country with the phone but could not use it because it was locked. It is so painful, because the phone was given out as a gift. My first surprise was to receive the consignment in an unsealed iPhone pack. I spent additional N30,000.00 (approx. $200) to get it unlocked before it could be used in my country.
I am truly disappointed with this purchase!
