After a whirlwind season, Major League’s hit MTV Base reality series drew to a close. The limited 8-part series was produced by MTV Base and Soul Candi Studios explored their interests and unforgettable travels across Africa as they strive to grow the Major League brand within the African Dance Scene. The music power group is currently in the USA as they embark on a global tour to take the sound of Amapiano to the world.
In the season finale of Inside Life: Major League, viewers got taken on a journey as the Major league Djz make bigger moves as they plan to dominate the music industry around the world. The power music duo is planning to take their popular Amapiano Balcony Mix Sessions to the world as they embark on a global tour. They also went skydiving for the very first time which is a bucket list item they have always wanted to tick off.
Major League DJz, one of Africa’s most popular music duos, and Inside Life: Major League fans got to see Bandile and Banele as they have never seen them before giving audiences an exclusive and intimate look inside their lives. We got to see the duo from the moment they wake up and what they do in their day to day as they work to secure their major projects. We also got a glimpse of their personal lives and the behind the scenes team that make the music super group what they are today? The first season of Inside Life: Major League also starred cultural curator and tastemaker Uncle Vinny a cast member and friend of the show. From magazine covers to shutting down Braam we got to see how “The Don” took over the game! Photographer to the stars Khaya Bengu also joined the cast as we got to know the man behind the visuals of the music power group.
Will there be a season 2? Only time will tell but for now, watch the duo take Africa to the world!
