3rd Annual Boca De Oro Festival of Literary Arts & Culture – a Culture interest event taking place on 2019-03-02 12:00:00 in United States
Boca De Oro Festival of Literary Arts & Culture will return for its third year bringing a massive day of free workshops, panel discussions, author talks and performances in Downtown Santa Ana.
This year’s Keynote Speaker is Puerto Rican American Author Justin Torres with his book and now film, We Are Animals. 1888 will host a workshop, Why We Write. The finale of Boca de Oro is a showcase of amazing performances by the Poetic Reform Party and an electrifying performance by Banda Magda, brought to us by Santa Ana Sites.
Boca de Oro also features Almas Sonadoras: Youth Elevating the Arts, a spectacular visual and performing arts component created in collaboration between Downtown Santa Ana and the Santa Ana Unified School District (SAUSD).
