Scottfield Theatre Company presents “Titanic The Musical” – a Culture interest event taking place on 2018-04-06 20:00:00 in United States
Scottfield Theatre Company presentsTitanic The Musical Friday, April 6 at 8pmOpening Night Gala begins at 6:30pm Directed by Allan HerlingerChoreographed and staged by Becky TitelmanVocal Direction by Niki TartOrchestra Direction by Rick Hauf ?The musical play TITANIC examines the causes, the conditions and the characters involved in this ever-fascinating drama. This is the factual story of that ship — of her officers, crew and passengers, to be sure — but she will not, as has happened so many times before, serve as merely the background against which fictional, melodramatic narratives are recounted. The central character of our TITANIC is the Titanic herself.— Peter Stone Scottfield Theatre Company would like to cordially invite you to join us for our Opening Night Gala tonight at 6:30pm! Your Gala Ticket will include a pre-show menu of hors d’oeuvres and drinks inspired by the dishes served to the passengers on board the Titanic, as well as a VIP seat to the performance, and an after show meet-and-greet with the cast where you can enjoy a selection of dessert and drinks. Come celebrate this wonderful show, toast the maiden voyage and the memory of those who sailed on the Titanic, support our new company, and enjoy time with friends and family! Scottfield Theatre Company is a Harford-County-based, non-profit community theatre company. Co-founded by Becky Titelman, Allan Herlinger, and Chuck Bowden, Scottfield plans to do fresh, hot-off-Broadway productions, as well as innovative musicals that are not performed often in the area, bringing brand new shows and exciting opportunities to the community.
