Please join us for a special and intimate immersive dinner. You will be part of a select group of guests that will be enjoying a five course menu of dishes inspired by African and Eastern European upbringings. Select Wine/Cocktails will go with this food menu: Chicken salad [Hungary] Poached chicken breast with potatoes, cucumbers, apples and hardboiled eggs served cold with a creamy yoghurt dressing Beef suya with kachumbari [Cameroon + Kenya] Char-grilled prime beef skewers marinated in a mild peanut based sauce served with a light and fresh tomato, onion and chili salad Beef goulash [Hungary] Rich and warming authentic Hungarian beef soup brimming with potatoes, carrots, and pinched noodles (csipetke) Coq au vin jaune [Cameroon] French inspired slow cooked stew with bacon and Portobello mushrooms in a white wine sauce over green couscous. Puff puff [West Africa] Deep fried dough served with vanilla ice-cream and Hennessy banana flambé We are striving to make the experience and food as authentic as possible.
